ด่วน! พบผู้ติดเชื้อ COVID 19 ในอาคารสิงห์ คอมเพล็กซ์ ชั้น 30 เร่งฆ่าเชื้อ ปิดพื้นที่

เนื่องด้วยบริษัทฯ ได้รับแจ้งจาก บริษัท กรุงเทพ ราชเทวี เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด ผู้เช่าพื้นที่ภายในอาคาร สิงห์ คอมเพล็กซ์ ชั้น 30 ว่าลูกค้าของผู้เช่าที่มาใช้พื้นที่เป็นผู้ติดเชื้อไวรัส COVID-19 ในวันที่ 19 มีนาคม 2563

หลังจากได้รับข้อมูลดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ ได้ทำการตรวจสอบทันทีและพบว่า ผู้มาใช้พื้นที่คนดังกล่าว ได้เข้ามาที่อาคารสิงห์ คอมเพล็กซ์ ในวันที่ 17 มีนาคม 2563 โดยผ่านการตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิและคัดกรองอย่างเคร่งครัดตามแนวทางของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ก่อนเข้ามาในพื้นที่ของอาคาร ซึ่งไม่พบความผิดปกติแต่อย่างใดในวันดังกล่าว

ทันทีที่ทราบเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น บริษัทฯ ได้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนของบริษัทฯ ได้แก่

- ดำเนินการทำความสะอาดฆ่าเชื้อและปิดพื้นที่ในบริเวณชั้น 30 เป็นเวลา 3 วัน พร้อมทำความสะอาดฆ่าเชื้อบริเวณลิฟต์โดยสารทุกตัว บันไดเลื่อน ห้องน้ำทุกชั้น ห้องอาหาร และพื้นที่ส่วนกลางทั้งหมด

- ให้ผู้เช่าและพนักงานของผู้เช่าที่เกี่ยวข้องในวันดังกล่าว หยุดพักเพื่อสังเกตอาการเป็นเวลา 14 วัน ตามแนวปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการแพร่ระบาด COVID-19

- ขอความร่วมมือจากผู้เช่าโปรดปฏิบัติตามมาตรการป้องกันเฝ้าระวังการแพร่ระบาดของ COVID-19 อย่างจริงจัง

บริษัทฯขอให้ทุกท่านมั่นใจว่า บริษัทฯ ได้ปฏิบัติตามแนวทางป้องกันโรค COVID-19 ของกรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุขอย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อความปลอดภัยของทุกท่าน และขอเป็นกำลังใจให้ทุกท่านผ่านพ้นวิกฤติครั้งนี้ไปพร้อมกัน

Singha Estate Public Company Limited or ‘S’ hereby announces Singha Property Development Co., Ltd. (or ‘Singha Property’), a subsidiary of Singha Estate located on the Asoke-Phetchaburi Intersection, was informed by Bangkok Rachathewi Centre Ltd., a tenant of Singha Complex Tower on the 30th floor, that one of its visitor was diagnosed with COVID-19.

After receiving the notification on 19th March 2020, Singha Property immediately performed an inspection which found that the visitor came into Singha Complex on 17th March 2020 and passed through the COVID-19 screening process adhering the Ministry of Public Health’s guideline including the body temperature measurement, with all results found normal.

Singha Property had promptly performed the following process;

- The affected area on the 30th floor has been closed for disinfection for 3 days. All passenger lifts, escalators, toilets on every floor and all public area have been cleaned with disinfectants.

- The company advised that all employees of the tenant must perform 14-day self-quarantine following Singha Property’s COVID-19 prevention guideline.

- Inform all tenants to strictly follow the epidemic control measures.
